More insight from my dreams

There was another chapter added to my weird dream from the other day, and this one was a lot more involved than the previous one. 

It began where I was packing a suitcase in preparation for a holiday.   I saw myself getting onto a train and travelling to a city where I did not know where I was headed.    I no idea where I was, and I knew no one there.   I roamed around the city, looking for somewhere to stay the night.   I eventually found a hotel which seemed more like an appartment buliding.    The very same man who I'd seen from my previous dream, appeared in this one too.  He said to me, "Are you lost?".   To which I said, "Yes".    He turned towards me and said, "There is a basement appartment that's not being used.  You may stay there if you wish".  I said "If that's alright?".  He simply nodded and gestured the way forward.   He guided me towards a lift, than went downwards at first.     Then it came to a halt on the basement floor.    The dream fastforwarded to where it was day later and I'd lost my suitcase.  I was looking everywhere for it, and yet I couldn't find it.   The man asked me what was wrong and told him that I'd lost my suitcase.  He turned to me and said "You never lost your suitcase, it was right under your nose and you never noticed".    To which I looked around and low, there it was.  My suitcase was rigt behind me, and had been there the whole time.

Seeking light beyond darkness

We once lived in the most distant shadows of a dark world, a realm devoid of illumination. At least we realised that we had the potential to overcome those shadows.   We had the possibility of leaving those shadows behind.   We knew that we could live in almost any where in the world, in that positive outlook.   There is such a place where we like to go, within our dreams, and we establish a new hope in that place.    Here, away from that shadowed domain where no one else will  keep us.   However, having emerged into this fledgling sense of enlightenment, we intend to become closer to the light.   To be become one with it.    And we hope to spread out those rays of light across the whole universe.

Strange occurance

Has anyone ever noticed, that sometimes when you dream, it can almost feel as real as everyday life?   Well, I've been having some very vivid dream lately.   Four dreams in a row, over a time of a few days.   Usually, when I dream ,  I'll have one or two very vivid dreams, and then it'll be a while until I'll have another one.   So to me, when something like this happens, it's a pretty rare occurance.    I usually remember my dreams, or have a general idea of what they were about at least. 

There was one a few years ago that I never really forgot about. It involved an 18th century mansion, and a party going on within the sitting room, I believe.  This dream may have seemed to be quite uninteresting at first, although, it soon changed direction very swiftly.    I'm not one of these people who will dream about action filled adventures usually, but that dream turned into just that.  I saw someone who I've never met before, swinging from the chandaliers in the ceiling, almost in a Tarzan-esque manner.   

This latest dream, seemed to strangely connect onto that previous one.    It began quite slowly at first, with a cookery class of all things, where we were cooking a pastry dish or something along the lines of that sort.   One of the people attending the cookery class was a man who I remember knowing a few years ago, and who for some unknown reason, appeared in my dream.    Anyhow, This man, if I remember, was trying to talk to me, and I was busy finishing of my pastry dish which contained tomatoes and potatoes.  Don't ask about that, I don't think that what was in the pie, was important to the dream. It's just that the ingredients were featured briefly, and I have yet to figure out why. 

Well getting back to the main focus of the dream.   I said to the man that I was going to finish my pie, and then he told me quite specifically.  "I'll talk to you in a about five minutes then".   I finished making my pie someone else, a young blonde woman, said " It's okay, but it needs some gravy".   I walked outside of the building to talk to the man, who was already walking away from the site.    I shouted to him, "Hey wait a moment".  He turned around and smiled at me. Then he said , "How do you remember me?" I said "I remember you from college".  Then hee hugged me and he says, "I've got to run an errand".    I asked him , "Do you mind if I walked with you?"   To which he said, "Yeah if you'd wish too. But it won't be very exciting".    So he runs his errand, which happens to be passing on a message to some people who live in the 18th century mansion.   He says to me , "Hold on, I've got to ask everyone something".   Then he goes inside to the mansion, and speaks to a room full of people.  He asks them, "Would you mind if a new person visited you?".   To which they all cheered and said in unison, "Happy for us, a new friend of the housemates".     They were clearly excited about this, but I still don't figure out what all the attention on me is all about, after all I'm no one special.  Then he came out of the mansion for a moment and said "It's going to be okay, they've welcomed you".  The dream ends where I enter the house for myself and the man enters the house with me.
